A nicely textured rose showing lots of herbs, spice, and pith.  Produced from vines averaging 100 years in age.  The mourtaou grape is a forgotten Bordeaux grape that was transplanted to California in the 1800's.  It is known colloquially as Cabernet Pfeffer.
